NEW FEATURES
 * You can now create overlays that, when clicked, turn the page to bookmarks.

BUG FIXES
 * You are now able to read your own comic past PREVIEW_PAGES while building it
 * Comment Votes now stick instead of immediately disappearing
 * Default user on "Badges" page is now the viewer instead of "nobody"
 * Dashboard header scroller no longer twitches up and down
 * Unrated (adults-only) comics no longer claim to be "For Everyone" in their descriptions

DESIGN MODIFICATIONS
 * Added floating buttons to help navigate the sliding dashboard header
 * Added more comic covers to the 'Continue Reading' dashboard tile
 * Added more spacing between Activity Feed entries

COMIC BUILDER CHANGES
 * Added a recommendation of 2 minutes per page borrow time
 * Dropped required page count from 4 to 2 (including the cover)
